Drug Addiction and Intervention.
Disease (without comfort) of drug addiction and
intervention. We all know little is done to help.
Modern medicine will go to the ends of the earth to find cures
for all sorts of diseases brought on by
poor diet and lifestyle but little for the disease of drug
addiction. Governments will spend $millions$
to stop livestock diseases. Making sure borders are monitored to
protect the meat industry but doing
nothing to stop those smuggling the disease of drug addiction.
These People are ALL someone's
Children and my Sisters & Brothers! But the constant supply of
dangerous drugs delivered to
Vancouver from the U.S.A. has control, destroying the fabric of
Canadian society. Is this drug supply
the “N.A.T.O. allotment” for Canada? Why have these “treacherous
police servants” ignored the
constant drug supply from the U.S.A.? “Are they corrupt, inept
and unable to stand-up for Canada”?
Is this an act of complacency with dangerous drug suppliers,
smugglers and distributors? Many
international crime gangs have come to Vancouver to share in the
very lucrative and unrestricted
dangerous drug trade! Who's side are these “treacherous police
servants” on? With the proper
facilitator, We'll take control of Our city and streets. The '4
pillars' initiative will be “dismantled for a
structured, functional drug policy”. 4 Pillars standing alone in
Greece are remnants from the past. 4
Pillars without a floor, walls, rafters and cladding to
completion, is not a “solid structure” but posts
ready for chicken wire! The 4 pillars initiative is like
applying band-aids to a festering sore. It's as
ludicrous as having the V.p.d. deal with Vancouver's mentally
disabled. Futility at it's finest. With this
in mind the DTES needs many more qualified medical and mental
health teams, working together to
“facilitate a solution”, not just more band-aids! In the last 8
years I've lost 7 friends to the power of
'crack' addiction. Two are dead, one's incarcerated for murder,
three are what I call the “walking
dead”. The seventh one I loved but I wasn't qualified to deal
with her relapses, psychosis and back to
entertaining other men to support her addiction. The power of
crack, is stronger than the power of
love! And none of these people were from the DTES. How do We
protect Our Children and Loved
Ones from this harmful disease! Why are Insite, VANDU, Lookout
and other community support
groups the leaders in trying to save lives? We applaud these
People for their service in the DTES. Why
is this national crisis being ignored? Collusion? Breach of
trust? Human Rights violations? Or more
police corruption and the rising costs to The Taxpayers.
