As a long time proponent, I propose taxing both ends of the
Cannabis industry in Vancouver.
Facilitated through Vancouver's newly structured Drug Policy, to
fund poverty and homeless issues.
NOT for a “silly hall slush-fund, dispersed by visions of
entitlement”! This is all about the tax $$$ and
the high rising benefits to The Taxpayers. $Higher$ than a kite!
